Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 11th International Congress of Diabetes and Metabolism (2021 ICDM) in conjunction with the 13th AASD Scientific Meeting, which will be held from October 7 to 9, 2021. Despite of the enormous challenges from the ongoing pandemic we still had to endure, we are proud to hold the second virtual meeting this year after the first successful ICDM last year.

Since its inception in 2011, ICDM has established a firm foundation for continuous improvement and advancement sharing the latest knowledge with participants from Asia and around the world. Under the flag for overcoming diabetes, experts ranged from basic researchers to educators will discuss the latest progress of diabetes and metabolism disorders.

This congress will continue hosting distinguished speakers that allow participants to take home with something truly valuable and interesting. Furthermore, young researchers in Asia will have a chance to connect and grow together through active oral and poster presentations in this congress.

We sincerely hope this congress will inspire new ideas and encourage innovations throughout all the different facets of our societies.
